Navigating the App
Learn your way around the Market Trak interface, sidebar, and mobile navigation.
Market Trak has a clean, sidebar-driven layout that keeps every feature one click away.
Sidebar navigation
The sidebar on the left is your main navigation. It includes:
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Your command centre with metrics, awareness score, and quick wins |
| Reports | Generate, view, edit, and share property market reports |
| Social Posts | Create, schedule, and manage social media content |
| Leads | Manage captured leads and run email campaigns |
| AI Assistant | Chat with your AI assistant for content creation and CRM queries |
Some items may show a lock icon if they require a higher subscription tier.
Collapsing the sidebar
Click Collapse at the top of the sidebar (next to the logo)to shrink it to icons only. Click the expand arrow to bring it back. Your preference is remembered.
Profile menu
Click your profile icon at the bottom of the sidebar to open a popover with:

User settings - personal profile and notification preferences

Workspace settings - branding, team, and email configuration

Billing - subscription management and credit purchases

Get help - opens live chat support

Mobile navigation
On mobile devices, the sidebar is replaced by:

A top header with your logo and menu

A bottom navigation bar with the main sections (Dashboard, Reports, Social, Leads)
The experience is fully responsive, so every feature works on your phone or tablet.
Locked features
If a sidebar item shows a lock icon, it means your current plan does not include that feature. Click through to see upgrade options, or visit Billing to change your plan.
