Billing

Manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade your plan, buy credits, and access the customer portal.

Market Trak uses a subscription model with tiered plans. Each plan includes a set of features, usage limits, and a monthly credit allowance.

Accessing billing

Click your profile icon in the sidebar, then select Billing. Or navigate to /workspace-settings?tab=billing.

Subscription plans

Market Trak offers three subscription tiers:

StarterFor smaller agencies getting started building their content foundation
PremiumFor agents who want automated property feed and content scheduling
UltimateFor high-volume agents who need higher limits

Each tier includes progressively more features, higher limits, and larger credit allowances. Annual billing is also available at a discount. Visit the Pricing page for full plan details and feature comparisons.

Managing your subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Upgrade

  3. Select your new plan

  4. Complete the Stripe checkout

  5. Your new features are available immediately

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Change Plan

  3. Select a lower tier

  4. The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period

If you downgrade below your current usage (e.g. more active reports than the new plan allows), you will need to reduce usage before the new limits apply.

Cancelling

  1. Go to Billing

  2. Click Cancel Subscription

  3. Confirm the cancellation

After cancelling:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period

  • You retain access to all features until then

  • After the period ends, your account is restricted. We reserve the right to delete it if not reactivated within 6 months.

This applies to free trials too: if you cancel during a trial, you keep access until the trial end date, you won't be charged, and your account is restricted after that date.

Customer portal

Click Manage Subscription in the Billing section to open the Stripe Customer Portal. From there you can:

  • View invoices and payment history

  • Update your payment method

  • Download receipts

  • Change your billing details

Free Content Pack

Every new account includes one free Content Pack so you can see what Market Trak produces for your area before subscribing. The Content Pack is the preview, not a trial of the full platform.

  • View the posts and report without entering a card

  • Publishing, scheduling, additional reports, lead capture, email campaigns, and the rest of the platform unlock once you subscribe

  • One free Content Pack per workspace

Usage overview

The Billing page shows your current usage against plan limits:

  • Credits used - your credit consumption this month

  • Active Tier - What tier you are on
