Turn your Google reviews into posts

Connect your Google Business listing so your newest reviews arrive in your Daily Swipes as finished, branded posts.

Your Google reviews are the most persuasive thing anyone writes about you. Connect your listing once and your newest review turns up in your Daily Swipes as a finished post: your customer's words on a branded image in your colours, with a caption already written underneath.

There is no Google login involved. You point at your business, we do the rest.

Review Posts is included on the Premium and Ultimate plans.

Connect your listing

Open your integrations

Go to Workspace Settings, then the Integrations tab, and open Google Reviews. On a phone, tap your initials in the top right, then Integrations, then Google Reviews.

Find your business

Press Search. We look your business up on Google using the name and website already on your account, so most of the time you can leave the box empty.

If nothing useful comes back, type your business name and your town, exactly as they appear on your Google listing.

Choose which reviews become posts

Pick Five stars only, or Four and five stars. Five stars only is the default and is what we recommend: a four-star review often carries a "but" in the second sentence.

You can change this later by disconnecting and connecting again.

Confirm it is you

Press This is us next to the right listing. Check the address, not just the name, if there is more than one business with a similar name near you.

Once you are connected we take your five most recent reviews straight away, so there is usually something waiting for you the same day.

What happens next

We check for new reviews once a week. When one arrives that meets your star rating, it appears in your Daily Swipes as a review card.

Every review card shows:

  • Your customer's words on a branded image in your colours
  • Their name, and "Google review" underneath it
  • Their star rating
  • A caption alongside, written about what they said

Keep it and it goes to your calendar like any other post. Pass and it is gone.

A review card is always the first card in your deck, so you will see it as soon as you open your swipes.

What we never do

We do not reword what your customer wrote. Their words go on the image exactly as they left them, which is the whole reason a review is worth reading.

If a review is long, we use the opening sentences rather than shortening it in the middle, so what appears is always something they actually wrote.
