Swipes
A small deck of ready posts about your patch every day. Swipe right to keep one, left to pass, and Market Trak learns what you like.
Swipes is a short stack of finished posts waiting for you each day. Every card is written from your own area's market figures or one of your listings, with the image already made and your branding on it. You swipe right to keep a post, left to pass on it, and that is the whole job. A few seconds, once a day.
The point of the passing is not tidiness. Every keep and every pass teaches Market Trak what you like, and what it learns is used everywhere it writes for you, not just here.
Find it as Swipes at the top of the sidebar's Create group. On a phone, tap Content in the bottom bar and choose Swipes. Your dashboard also shows the next card waiting.
What you get
- A new set every day. How many depends on your plan, and higher plans get more. If you start a free trial, your first set is made for you the morning after, so it is waiting when you come back; otherwise the first set is made the moment you open the deck, which takes about a minute. Once you have swiped before, the day's set starts writing as soon as you open Market Trak, so it is usually ready by the time you get to it. They are made once a day.
- Cards you have not swiped stay put. Come back later and they are still there. Nothing expires overnight and nothing is remade behind your back.
- A mix of subjects. Some cards are about a property you have listed, some are a single market figure in large type, and some are a wider post about the area. That mix is deliberate, so your feed does not read the same every week.
- No credits. The posts in your daily number are included in your plan, images and all.
Swipes are written from real figures for the postcodes you cover, so you need at least one report on your patch before the first deck can be made. If you see Make your first report, generate a report for your area and your swipes start from then on.
Swiping
On a phone, drag the card right to keep it or left to pass. On any screen you can use the buttons instead.
The first time you open the deck, a short tour walks you through it: the card shows you the swipe, then each button and the history are pointed out in turn. It only runs once. If you closed it too soon, tap How the deck works under the card to see it again.
Check where and when it is going
The bar above the card shows the channel and the date and time the post would go out. Tap it to change either. The time suggested is a real free slot on your calendar, picked around whatever you already have scheduled, so your posts never land on top of each other.
Read the post
The card shows the first few lines. Tap Read the whole post to see all of it, and Edit if you want to change the words before you keep it.
Keep, save or pass
Keep (the pink tick) puts the post on your calendar at the time on the bar. Save (the bookmark) puts it in your Library with no date, to use whenever you like. Pass (the cross) takes it out of the deck.
Where did this come from? Under the buttons, this tells you which area and which month's figures the card was written from, or says plainly that there are no figures behind it and it is an opinion rather than a statistic.
No Facebook Page connected yet? Keep still works, it just saves the post to your Library instead of your calendar, and tells you so.
Changing your mind
Everything you have swiped today is listed under the deck, with what happened to it: Scheduled with its date, Saved, or Passed. Tap any of them to look again, and Put it back in the deck returns it so you can swipe it a second time. Putting back a scheduled post takes it off your calendar; anything you had saved stays in your Library.
When you have swiped the lot, the deck says so and there are no more until tomorrow. That is the idea: a small daily habit rather than a pile of work.
What it learns from you
This is the part that works quietly in the background.
Every card you keep and every card you pass is a piece of evidence about your taste. Every third pass, Market Trak asks one quick question: was it the image, the writing, the subject, or have you seen something like it already? One tap, and you can add a line of your own if you want to.
Once the same thing has come up a few times, it becomes a rule, something like "always mention the postcode district by name" or "avoid posts about interest rates". Those rules are then handed to everything that writes for you: your Content Packs, your property posts, the AI Assistant and tomorrow's swipes. So the deck is not only giving you posts, it is teaching the rest of Market Trak how you like to sound.
Rewriting a card counts too, and it is the clearest signal you can give. If you tap Edit and change the wording before you keep it, Market Trak compares what it wrote with what you kept and learns the difference: a shorter opening, your own turn of phrase, the postcode left out of the town name. It looks for the pattern rather than copying your sentence, and it ignores small mechanical changes like a typo or a swapped hashtag.
Answering the "why did you pass?" question counts for more than a silent pass, so it is worth the tap when you have an opinion. So does an edit.
Anything you have told the assistant directly, and any standing instructions you have set, always come first. What the swipes learn fills in behind them, it never overrules them.
